How to Order

You can order online, by phone or by fax

You will need to create a wholesale account to place an order

To apply for a wholesale account call us on 1800 774 343, fill in the online form here, or download the application form here and send by fax 07 3177 7807 or email


  1. Log in to your wholesale account
  2. Select items and quantity and click on the cart icon or the add to cart button
  3. Your items will be automatically added to the cart. Your cart details will be displayed on the cart icon located on the top right of the page
  4. When you have completed your selection click on the cart icon
  5. You will be taken to the list of your cart details. Use the edit button to change quantities, add or remove products
  6. Follow the instructions to complete your order

Order by Phone

Call iiGadgetz on 1800 774 243 between 9am and 5pm AEST to place an order by phone. You can leave a message outside of these hours and one of our friendly sales staff will return your call

Shipping & Delivery

Orders received by 12pm on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day

Orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post

Most orders should be delivered within 24 – 48 hours although this may take longer to some rural areas

Standard shipping is free for orders over $300

Orders under $300 will incur a shipping fee of $10

Discount codes (if applicable) are not applied to the shipping amount, only to products purchased


Out of Stock Products

If  a product is unavailable we will advise you and place the item on back order. Goods on back order will be shipped as soon as they are available


Returns & Replacements

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. iiGadgetz will immediately replace damaged or missing goods

If you change your mind upon receiving your order, please advise us within 14 days of purchase. We will accept returns under the following circumstances;

  • You have received authorisation from us to return the stock
  • The product is in its original condition; if packaged all packages must be intact
  • You return the products by Courier or Australia Post at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number
